We are seeking pilot schools to engage in a transformative three-year journey to activate, implement, and strengthen school culture, climate, well-being, and learning through the Identity Impact Framework.

Year One

Lays the foundation with staff. During this phase, teams will receive intensive adult training, coaching, resources, and ongoing support. 

Year Two

Expands the work to more classrooms and begin introducing Identity principles to families and caregivers, integrating principles, skills, and tools throughout the school community.

Year Three

Solidifies the sustainability, innovation, and creative growth ensuring long-term impact and self-sustaining cultural change.

This process requires deep commitment and collaboration. A strong, united leadership team is essential for success. Administration must be fully committed and supported by a core group of teacher leaders who are ready to help move the school from Separation to Connection.
